Payments Policy

This Payments Policy outlines the electronic payment options provided by Verifying India LLC (We/Our/Us) on Our Platform(s) to all Users and governs their use.

For the purpose of this Policy, capitalized terms that are not defined herein will carry the meanings as ascribed to them in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available on our Platforms.

1. GENERAL

i. When you make payments for Services on our Platforms, we may ask you to provide certain transaction-related information, such as your credit/debit card number, its expiration date, and one-time passwords/PINs on secure payment gateways where data is protected.

ii. By submitting payment-related information, you confirm that you have the legal right to access and use the payment gateways provided by us. You allow us to share this information with third parties to help complete your transactions. We may need to verify this information before acknowledging or completing any transaction.

iii. While using any of the payment methods available on the Platform, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that results directly or indirectly from:

  • Unauthorized transactions;
  • Exceeding the limit agreed upon between you and your bank;
  • Payment issues arising from the transaction; or
  • The transaction being declined for any other reason.

iv. All payments made for Services on the Platform by you must be in USD/INR, which are the only acceptable currencies in the United States of America. The Platform cannot process payments made in any other currency.

2. MODES OF DIGITAL PAYMENTS

We offer various digital payment options, including:

  • ACH/ZELLE Payments: Users can make instant bank-to-bank payments using a mobile number, bank account, and routing number.
  • Banking Cards: You can use credit, debit, and prepaid cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
  • Internet Banking
  • Wallets
  • ZELLE

Your bank may charge you processing and/or service fees for transactions made using any of the aforementioned modes of payment.

3. SERVICE FEE

  1. Our Services come with a Service Fee that is determined by the associates and packages you choose from our platform.
  2. Payments for the services should be made to Verifying India LLC in the following manner:
    • 100% of the Service Fee should be paid before the investigation begins;
    • This Service Fee is non-refundable.
    • Any consultancy or appointment fees, and associated expenses that are not included in your selected package will be charged additionally by VerifyingIndia.com.
    • The cost of packages may vary depending on your location and requirements.

4. DEFAULT OR DELAY IN PAYMENT

To utilize our Services, all Platform Users are required to pay the full fee in advance. You may use any of the payment methods outlined in Paragraph 2 of this Policy. It is important to note that the fee does not include applicable taxes.

5. FAILED PAYMENTS

  1. If a payment is made by you but not received by us, it will be considered a failed payment.
  2. As soon as you become aware of the payment failure, please inform us immediately by writing to us at contact@verifyingIndia.com or by calling us at +1-888-598-5186. The notice of failed payment must include evidence of the attempted payment, the fee debit, and the subsequent notice of payment failure and/or refund of the fee made to you.
  3. If we become aware of a failed payment, we will notify you at the registered email address.
  4. You must initiate payment of the fee and inform us of the successful payment within 7 days of the notice of failed payment. Failure to do so will be considered a default or delay in payment.
  5. If there is any delay in returning the failed payment, the originating customer is eligible to receive compensation at the current repo rate plus 3% of the amount to be paid.

6. REFUND OF PAYMENT

Once the Contract is signed, Please note that all payments made to us are non-refundable. However, in the unlikely event that we do not want to undertake the investigation, we will refund you the payment.
